- CNC Profile roll bending. Custom shapes rolled include: circles, semi-circle, multiradius arc, ellipse/ ovals, and u-bends with our Tauring 60 CNC-I. Sizes: 1" OD thru 4" OD, and square shapes up to 2"
- Tube and pipe bending using using our Baileigh RDB-250 Numeric Controlled rotary draw bender. 3/4" OD thru 2" OD, and Pipe 3/4" sch 40 thru 1-1/2" sch 40
- Welding: TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) in steel, stainless steel, and aluminum using the latest Miller Dynasty 300 and Millermatic 255 and 355 machines
- CNC plasma cutting of sheet and plate on our JD Squared 5' x 8' table. Material thickness capacity: 1/16" thru 3/4"
- CNC router cutting of aluminum, wood and plastic on our ShopSabre Pro 408 4' x 8' vacuum bed table
- Automatic cold saw cutting (Kasto A10) and FMB Pegasus DS semi-automatic horizontal band saw cutting (up to 13" in diameter and 13" x 20" rectangular with miters up to 60 degrees)
- 2D CNC milling: Sharp TMV knee mill, with Acu-Rite, Gen 2 controller
- Thread tapping service using our, Roscamat Tiger, articulating tapping arm, with 42" reach. Sizes: 1/8" thru 7/8" (plus metric equivalent)
- CNC Press brake bending: Horizontally on our Nargesa PP200 CNC, and vertically with our Langmuir 25T x 33" wide CNC press brake
- Hole punching/ V-notching notching on our Sunrise 38T single end punch: 1/4" thru 1.5" diameter round holes
